Design requirements of zipper machinery

Zipper machinery is generally equipped with upper and lower parts. The ejector mechanism of the zipper machine can push the forging out of the die cavity in time, reduce the contact time between the forging and the die cavity, and prolong the life of the die. The design of the zipper machine is also convenient for the operator to pick up the forgings and reduce the labor intensity.

When designing the top mechanism of the zipper machine, the following requirements should be considered:

1. The top mechanism of the zipper machine should have enough top force, usually the top force is 0.5~1 The nominal pressure of Nan, and the nominal pressure of 1.5 is taken as the force of the lower top piece.

2. The ejector mechanism of the zipper machine must have a certain ejector stroke, and it is hoped that the ejector stroke is adjustable. Usually the zipper mechanical top piece and structure, the stroke of the upper top piece is (1.5~2.5) slider stroke, and the stroke of the lower top piece is (2~4.5) Pa slider stroke. For the pneumatic and hydraulic ejector mechanisms, the ejector stroke can be longer.

3. The ejector mechanism of the zipper machine should be reasonably designed. In order to avoid the collision between the ejected forging and the upper die, the speed of the lower ejector is required to be lower than the return speed of the slider.

4. In order to make it easier for the operator to hold the forging, the top mechanism of the zipper machine also needs to meet certain requirements when designing, that is, after the lower top mechanism pushes out the forging, it can stay at its highest position. After a period of time, the height maintainer should be installed.

Although the products produced by zipper machinery are small, they cannot be ignored in terms of design. Generally, zipper machinery can achieve high-efficiency production for enterprises after being put into production normally, and the operation is simple, fast and convenient for maintenance!
