In order to adapt to the diversification of sliders and pullers and meet customer needs, Zhenyu has developed a fancy puller slider mounting machine, which is mainly designed for special sliders and puller with inconsistent sizes.

This machine is used for after gapping zippers. Cuts of the zippers should be no smaller than 40mm, and length of the zippers should be no shorter than 60mm. Output is 3600pcs/60cm/H,which is efficient and can save labor costs.

It is adopts a design structure with side feed slider, which has strong compatibility and is suitable for most fancy puller and ordinary puller. The machine is simple to operate and easy to understand. It is suitable for metal, nylon, and plastic zipper open-end processes.
