This is a manual top stop pressing zipper made from a manual U/Y top stop zipper machine. As it is known to all, all accessories like zippers are a common view in some hangbags making, especially luxurious hangbags.
In these type of hangbags, the zipper sliders are high quality plating cols which they just can be inserted into a zipper by hands to avoid any scratch on surface of slider, to meet the luxurious bags' high quality requirement.
After inserting the sliders, workers normally wil use this type of manul press machine to make the top stop locks.
Upon the operation desk, there is a vibrator, the U/Y top stops will be put into it and running during the vibrator preparing to be stemping on zipper top tape.
There is a precise mold to carry the U/Y top stop particles to zipper tape and fasten it. A ready high quality hangbag zipper is done. A worker can make such type of zipper more than 2000pcs per hour spare no effort.
Twice padel done by worker's feet, a zipper is achieved. Simple! Fast!
